Where are you based?
We are based in Bawtry, a small market town in South Yorkshire. We don’t have a shop of our own but you can buy our chocolate and some of our bakes from our sister company Cherry Blossom Cakes (we can also arrange for orders to be collected from here).

What does p&p cost?
We charge a flat rate of £2.95 for second class post and £5.95 on first class post on orders under £40.00. Orders over £40.00 are sent first class free of charge.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically all orders are dispatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail (by either first or second class, depending on which option you selected at check out). Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming it’s on its way. If you’re not sure which delivery option you chose or want to check where your order is get in touch.
We recommend you have your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be in to receive it.
Help! I need to change my delivery address.
Don’t panic. Just give us a call or drop us an email with your order number and as long as we’ve not already dispatched your order we’ll sort it.
My order is a gift, how do I add a note to the recipient?
When you order you have the option of adding a note to the recipient at the checkout, just type your message in the box and we’ll make sure it’s delivered along with the order.
P.S. We only ever email receipts/invoices so you can rest assured the recipient won’t see how much you’ve spent as these wouldn't be sent with the delivery.

How should I store my chocolate?
Keep your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from any strongly scented foods. Don’t keep it in the fridge- the cold temperature can affect the taste and also cause the chocolate to bloom (this is when the sugar in the chocolate dissolves & re-crystallises) giving it a white surface and grainy texture.
How should I store my brownies?
Keep your brownies either wrapped tightly in the greaseproof paper they are sent in, or ideally in an airtight container and they will last for 2 weeks at room temperature or 3 weeks in the fridge.
If you’d like to keep them longer they can be frozen for up to 3 months (make sure they're thoroughly defrosted before you eat them, though!).
Can I stock your products?

Please note all our products are made in an environment which handles milk, soya, nuts, eggs and cereals.
What’s your food hygiene rating?
We are proud to have a 5* rating for our kitchens. In addition to this all our staff hold up to date food hygiene certificates.
